Patricia Cornwell is a bestselling fiction crime writer with more than 100 million books sold. Her forensic thriller novels center primarily on medical examiner Kay Scarpetta. Over the last 25 years,  the series has grown into an international phenomenon, winning Cornwell various literary awards.

Cornwell’s publishers have always looked to Verso to create and execute large-scale advertising campaigns. For each new hardcover novel, we produce a full-page New York Times announcement ad for the on sale date. Other ads have appeared in USA Today, Wall Street Journal, The New Yorker, and The Hollywood Reporter. Digital ad campaigns run concurrently to bolster each novel's advertising reach.

The most exciting designs for Patricia Cornwell are the billboards in Times Square, New York City and Los Angeles, CA. The billboard in Times Square is a unique space nearly four stories tall resembling a book with a “spine.”
